Everyone else should bring your uniform so we can get them checked in.  Please make sure they are CLEAN and in a bag with your name on it.  Your family will be charged if I don’t get the uniforms back.

TUESDAY 16TH = 45 MINUTE LSD – STRETCHING – ICING

WEDNESDAY 17TH = 15 MINUTE WARM UP – 15 X 1 MINUTE TEMPO RUNS W/1 MINUTE RECOVERY JOG – 15 MINUTE COOL DOWN – STRETCHING – ICING

THURSDAY 18TH = COMMUNITY REACH OUT DAY 1 1/2 HOURS  –  ICING

FRIDAY 19TH = EASY 30 MINUTE RUN – STRETCHING – ICING

ALL SENIORS, CAPTAINS AND RUNNERS FOR SECTIONALS ARE INVITED TO A SPECIAL MEAL AT THE GROESCHL’S HOUSE AT 5;00PM.  WOULD BE NICE IF YOU ALL CAME BUT IT IS UP TO YOU.
