Ok, I did 10.25 miles yesterday. For the week I did 35 miles. training for a 1/2 marathon. What did you do? Just asking. Do really want to be a better runner next year or is it just a bunch of garbage. You are the only one who can do something about it guys and girls! This is my challenge to you all. Bet you can’t match what I do?
