DID YOU RUN TODAY, I DID!
Your runners seem to like Bio-Freeze for their ache’s and pains. It is good for shin splints. Apply it before you run and wear long neck socks or compression sleeves to keep the heat in. After a run fill a 5 gallon bucket half full of cold water, put your leg in and add ice until you can’t take it. Do each leg 10 minutes. There are small fibers in your legs that are telling you “I don’t want to do this”, the ice toughens up those fibers so you can get over shin splints.
Bio-freeze can be bought on line or at walgreens, etc.
